My name is Thomas Porter and I became a father on 4th May 2009. I am 27-years-old, work on the internet (mostly here) and am truly blessed. This is my blog, Modernhood. It’s about parenting in the modern age – technology, culture, sleep and lifestyle. With an emphasise on style.

The blog

Modernhood is powered by Wordpress using Chris Pearson’s Neoclassical Theme. I spent a long time attempting to customise various layouts but most of the coding was impossible to work with. Neoclassical, on the other hand, was a joy and I highly recommend it to any non-pro CSS artists looking for a robust, clean and fine-looking starting point.
